The electro de-ionized plant uses the system of de-ionization to separate contaminants from water, to achieve clean water. This system uses electricity and revolves around sending a current through the water, thereby charging the contaminants with ions. The ions can be positively charged or negatively charged. Membranes are placed on either side of the vessel in which this charged solution is contained. These membranes pull away the charged particles, thereby leaving behind clean water.

This system is used for various industrial applications as the clean water achieved is crucial for certain specific industrial processes to achieve desired results.

EraBlue’s electro de-ionized plants offer a number of advantages, the primary advantage is that it provides a straight replacement (retrofit) for the Ionpure LXM and LXZ modules that is affordable. Furthermore, these plants have been equipped with an additional O-ring gasket to ensure that there will be no leaks. Another advantage of these systems is that they create deionized water with varied bed quality without the use of chemicals. This makes the process and the plant useful for a number of industries.

The product also employs constant quality production rather than batch production. This is one of the major challenges industries face with this system, and which EraBlue Tech has cracked. Moreover, with this system, there is no requirement for neutralization systems, exchangeable DI tanks, or acid/caustic tanks. Lastly, the product ensures superior electrical isolation is followed by continuous running at 100 psi (7 bar), 113 °F (45 °C).
